Leaders of Congress, Left parties, RJD, NCP, TMC, DMK etc. are going to visit Kashmir. A delegation of these leaders will visit Kashmir to find out about the Kashmir situation as well as interact with Kashmiris, with Rahul Gandhi also likely to join.

Other senior Congress leaders who can visit Srinagar include Ghulam Nabi Azad, Anand Sharma. Although many of the local leaders of Kashmir have been detained, the government has not allowed any other outside leader to enter the situation. So there is a lot of possibility that these leaders can be prevented as well.

According to reports received, the delegation of these leaders is leaving for Srinagar only on Saturday. On the other hand, the local administration has advised the leaders not to come to Kashmir in view of the current situation.

Leaders who can join the meeting include Rahul Gandhi, CPI-M's Sitaram Yechury, CPI-M's DG. Raja, Tiruchi Siva of DMK, Manoj Ja of RJD, Dinesh Trivedi of NCP will also be involved in the delegation. On the other hand, the administration has said that there is no need to visit Kashmir right now.

For the first time since Article 6 has been abolished in Kashmir, a large number of opposition leaders are going to visit Kashmir. Earlier, Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satyapal Malik invited Rahul Gandhi to visit Kashmir and now he is saying that there is no need to come here.
