The High Court itself has ordered against a senior judge of Patna High Court Rakesh Kumar that you should not hear any case or give a verdict.
The origin of the shocking incident is that Justice Rakesh Kumar, while verdict on a case on Wednesday, publicly said that there was rampant corruption in the Patna High Court. The high court was shaken and a bench of 11 judges of the high court imposed an immediate ban on the functioning of Rakesh Kumar.
Rakesh Kumar didn't stop at all. He said that there is rampant corruption in the lower courts and the corrupt officials get promotion. Racism and corruption are widespread in the Patna High Court. Other judges of the high court took serious objections to the inspection and immediately stopped Rakesh Kumar's performance as judge.
