BJP leader Manoj Tiwari sought to declare the NRC list in Delhi

Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari, taking a final list of NRC issued from the Home Ministry, said that those who have come illegally will have to go back.

The citizens of the country need not be disturbed. With the Home Minister's initiative, we will stop terrorism and reduce crime. He also said that having NRC in Delhi is very important.

The Home Ministry today announced the final list of the NRC after all the changes on the Supreme Court order. The list includes the names of 3.11 crore people and the names of 19 lakh 6 thousand people are missing. Those whose names are missing still have the opportunity to be included in the list. However, they will have to knock on the Foreign Tribunal's door within 120 days.

Currently there are 100 tribunals working in Assam. As per information, 200 more tribunals will be created. From Monday, the tribunal will begin to apply. First, the tribunal will hear the case. Later the petition will go to the High Court and the Supreme Court.
