Food Company to get Rs. 95 cost dearly, the complainant had to pay Rs

In order to get a separate offer of Rs 95 for carry bags in online goods, a company had become very expensive and the company had to pay 9,000 rupees to the complainant in addition to the permanent removal of those charges.

In the last April, a Delhi girl ordered the food from the subway through a swappy app. The couple, who took the food, demanded 95 rupees for a carry bag, the girl called the company and the company said it was according to the policy-based rules of the company.

Eventually, the girl filed a complaint with the Delhi State Consumer Rights Commission and on May 2, the notice was sent to the Swgie Company and she asked to respond by 11 July. In response, the company said that the Commission has corrected its mistake and stopped charging extra baggage of Keri bag so that the chairman of the Commission expressed satisfaction over this.

According to the commission, the complainant did not demand compensation, but she fought with the lawyer for two months in order to get the case related to it. So the company giving food order by ordering the order of the commission to pay him 9,000 rupees.
