Thousands of devotees joyfully join the 'Vishav Samvadita Yajna' at BAPS Hindu Temple, Abu Dhabi

BAPS Hindu Mandir Abu Dhabi: Preparations are underway for the inauguration of UAE's first Hindu Mandir. BAPS Hindu Temple in Abu Dhabi will be inaugurated on February 14. On this occasion, a yajna was organized under the 'Festival of Harmony'. In which more than 980 devotees participated in the Vedic 'Vishva Samvadita Yajna' with auspicious resolutions to establish harmony and peace worldwide.

Many dignitaries participated in the yajna

According to ancient Hindu scriptures, yajna vidhi is considered a powerful bhakti ardhya to receive the blessings of God. Dignitaries, spiritual masters and local community leaders joined the yajna, which can be said to be the first of its kind in the Middle East countries, and prayed for the peace and success of all in the UAE and around the world.

Around 200 volunteers conducted the yajna vidhi

Devotees and devotees were dressed in Manglik clothes as hosts on the occasion of the Yajna ceremony. In this yajna, the seven priests who arrived from India committed the entire host to holy thoughts and virtuous life through the ancient Vedic rites in this yajna, and a unique historical atmosphere was created. Along with the priests, about 200 volunteers participated in conducting the yajna.

Despite the rainy weather, the devotees are very enthusiastic

The sacred flames of Yajna symbolize the spiritual light that dispels darkness. The rain falling during the Yajna created a different atmosphere of unity of the Panchamahabhuta of nature. Despite the rainy weather, the enthusiasm of the devotees was not dampened, especially Haribhakta Jayashree Inamdar, who came from London to participate in this yajna, said, "The rain has made this program more memorable and historic. It is the first time I have seen that the yajna is going on without stopping even in the rain. The atmosphere felt more demanding.'

•15th February 2024, Evening Program Meeting: Harmony Day, Timing 6 to 8 PM (7:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST)

• 16th February 2024, Evening Program Meeting: Citizenship Day, Time 6 to 8 pm (7:30 to 9:30 pm IST)

• 17th February 2024, Evening Program Meeting: Peace Day, 6 PM to 8 PM (7:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST)

•On 18th February 2024, the temple will be open for registered visitors from 9 AM to 12 PM. (10:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST) Evening Program Meeting: Thanksgiving Day, 6 to 8 PM (7:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST)

•19th February 2024, Evening Program Meeting: Day of Values, Time 6 to 8 PM (7:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST)
