A British court has ordered an Indian-origin doctor to pay Rs 1.41 crore as compensation to a schoolgirl. An Indian doctor is accused of hitting a schoolgirl with a car in 2018. He was seriously injured in this accident.

InJanuary ,2018 Dr. Shanti Chandran was traveling to Buckinghamshire in his car on Buckingham Road in Bicester, Oxfordshire when his car hit a 12-year-old student on the road.

A 12-year-old student fell 11 meters away after being hit by a consultant physician's car, causing serious head injuries.

The victim, who has now turned 18, was under mental stress for almost a year after the accident and had to face many difficulties.

In a judgment published last week, Deputy High Court Judge Dexter Dyce Casey said that Dr. The accident happened due to Chandran's negligence. At the time of the accident, Dr. The speed of Chandran's car was very high. Dr. Court for the accident. Chandran was held fully responsible.

The judge has orderedthe doctor of Indian origin to pay 1,35,000 pounds i.e.1.41 crore rupees as compensation to the victim.
