Due to this dress, there was so much uproar that finally action was forced. Lilian Mugabekajic's dress was described by the prosecutor as brazen and without seriousness. Surprisingly, a 30-day remand was sought from the court. Lilian's case sparked a debate in Rwanda. Some were against it and some joined in support.
