The victim, a UNICEF official, was reportedly a Swedish citizen. He was posted to Islamabad in January this year. The accused guard had been posted at the residence of the woman officer since last March, the complaint said. According to the victim's complaint, the guard broke into his bedroom and raped him.

It was also mentioned that the accused had fled after the rape. The accused first tried to strangle the woman and later committed the crime. Police have formed a team to find the accused by filing a complaint in the matter.
