It will be easier to get a US green card, and the rules for H-1B visas will be relaxed

The US Department of the Interior has proposed a change in visa policy. The new visa, which will be implemented from 202, will benefit many foreigners, including Indian IT experts. The new visa policy will make it easier to get a US green. Employees with H-1B visas will also be able to fill out a green card form.
It will now be easier for H-1B visa holders to get a green card. The proposal, which was tabled in December 2021, will now come into force in 203. According to the Home Ministry's proposal, it will be easier for foreign experts, including from India, to come to the US. Special provision has been made so that startup companies can easily hire foreign experts. Former US President Donald Trump tightened H-1B visa policy during his tenure, but incumbent President Joe Biden promised to ease it in the election. Accordingly, efforts are now being made to modernize the H-1B visa policy.
The H-1B visa is a nonimmigrant visa to the United States. Which is mostly used by American companies for outsourcing. Many Indians go to the US for jobs under this visa category. If there is any change in this, it will immediately affect the experts in the IT sector of India. Now that the rules for that visa category are being relaxed, it will have a far-reaching effect on Indian experts. Indians can easily go to America in this visa category. The most important change is for startups. American startups will be able to hire foreigners. This will increase the opportunity for Indians to go to America and get a job. In addition, H-1B visa holders will have the opportunity to apply for a green card. The US Department of the Interior has also proposed reducing the duration of issuing green cards. This new policy will be applicable from May 207.
