Board results are currently being released in some states. In which some children are flying the flag of their success. So some are frustrated with their own failures. To overcome this grief, bad thoughts like suicide seem to come to the mind of some but bad results in any exam do not close all the doors of career. An example of this is Bharuch District Collector Tushar Sumera whose story can be inspiring to many.

An IAS officer's tweet is currently being discussed on the internet. IAS officer Avanish Sharan wrote in his tweet that Bharuch Collector Tushar Sumera while sharing his tenth marksheet wrote that he got only passing marks in tenth standard. He got 35 marks out of 100 in English, 36 marks in Mathematics and 38 marks in Science. Not just in the whole village but in that school it was said that this can do nothing.

The 10th standard percentage does not determine whether you will succeed or fail in the future. Replying to this tweet of IAS officer Avanish Sharan, Bharuch Collector Tushar Sumera re-tweeted and wrote that thank you sir. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also lauded Tushar's work under the Utkarsh Pahal Abhiyan in Bharuch.
