I will give Rs 1,000 crore per kg for weight loss: Gadkari challenges MP

At one time he weighed 135 kg. Today, through yoga and other exercises, Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari has reduced his weight to 93 kg. Giving his own example, he has challenged BJP's Ujjain MP Anil Firozia. If Firozia loses weight, Gadkari will pay Rs 1000 crore per kg!

However, this is not a personal condition. Gadkari said that Firozia comes to me every time for development works. So I have challenged that if he loses weight, I will give him a fund of Rs.1000 crore per kg.

Firozia has taken up the challenge. These funds are needed not only for himself but also for the development of his constituency. Through yoga, exercise and diet he has also started exercise for weight loss.

In February, Nitin Gadkari laid the foundation stone of 11 road projects in the Malwa area at a cost of Rs 5,772 crore. The project is going to be 534 km long roads.

"Every time Anil Firozia brings me a budget demand for development. I have also placed a condition to give this fund. At one time I weighed 135 kg but today I weigh 93 kg. I have shown them my old photos. People don't recognize me. I am ready to allocate Rs 1,000 crore per kilogram for the weight loss of Firozia, "Gadkari said.

"I am ready to face this challenge for the development of my area," he said. I have got Rs.6000 crore so far and now I will meet them again in monsoon season.
