The South African country of Zimbabwe has been facing severe poverty and unemployment for many years. About 90% of the country's population is unemployed. As a result, frustrated young people are forced to take bribes to get low-level jobs. In this too, the condition of young women has become very difficult. In order to get a job, young women first have to have a physical relationship with the employer and then they get a job. As a result, many young women are suffering from serious illnesses, including AIDS.

Most of the 14 million people in the country are working in some unorganized sector to earn a living because they are not getting any job in the country. Young people are getting a one-year job by paying large bribes and they are also being exploited.

Serious economic crisis in the country

Zimbabwe is facing a severe economic crisis and inflation in the country is at an all-time high. Due to this, the country cannot even import many essential items. The country's production is also low and the foreign exchange reserves are depleted. The US dollar was adopted in the country in 2009 to curb inflation, but the Zimbabwe dollar was reintroduced in 2019 due to unsatisfactory results. Inflation in Zimbabwe was 100% in April. Due to the current economic situation of the country, nepotism, nepotism has come to the fore. Manager level people in the country reserve their relatives for most of the positions in the company.
