New delhi date. Monday, June 27, 2022

18 hand grenades have been recovered from Dogra Cantonment Board area in Ayodhya. The hand grenades were found near a ditch near Nirmali Kund crossroads. When the military intelligence team arrived here on the instructions of a local youth, they found 18 hand grenades lying in the bushes a short distance away. Ayodhya police was also informed about this.

There is no rush in the area after 10 pm. According to SSP Shailesh Pandey of Ayodhya, he was informed of the discovery of such hand grenades through a letter from the Dogra Regimental Center to the Kent Police Station. All hand grenades have been destroyed. They have no more information than this.

On the other hand, Ayodhya Cantonment Board Chairman Milan Nishad said that a local youth living in Nirmali Kund was the first to see the hand grenade. He passed the information to Military Intelligence. The hand grenade was found in a place with an army fence on one side. However, these grenades have been defused.

On the other hand, if we look at military intelligence (MI) related formulas, different types of ammunition are used for training and actual action.

Hand grenades used for training are not destructive. Apart from this the hand grenades which are allotted for military operations are very lethal. Whenever a hand grenade or similar weapon is issued, a number is marked on it indicating in which lot and when it was issued. It will be clear after the investigation, to whom and when it was issued.
