PM's photo will be printed again on vaccination certificates in five states

With the assembly elections in five states, including Uttar Pradesh and Punjab, coming to an end, the Union government will again print a photo of Prime Minister Modi on Corona's vaccination certificates in all the five states where the elections will take place, sources said. The central government had on January 8 removed the photo of Prime Minister Modi from vaccination certificates in Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Manipur after the code of conduct came into force after the Assembly election dates were announced in five states. Sources in the Union Health Ministry said that the Union government has now given priority to resumption of printing of Modi's photo on Corona vaccination certificates in selected states.
