For the first time in India, a small man got a driving license

Record in Limca Book of Records

More than 120 driving schools refused to teach driving under various pretexts

Hyderabad: For the first time in India, a small person has got a driving license. Guttipalli Shivpal, who lives in Hyderabad, has set a record by getting a driving license despite being three feet tall and this record has also been recorded in the Limca Book of Records.

Guttipalli Shivpal, 42, was not ready to be taught driving by a small car. About 120 driving schools gave them all sorts of excuses to say no. So he customized the car and started learning to drive a car with the help of his friend Ismail.

Shivpal says he has got a license to speak and many petty people are approaching him to learn how to drive a car and he is also teaching driving to his wife. His dream is to open a driving school for the little ones as well as the disabled and teach them to drive.
