Rishi Upadhyay, an executive member of the Narayani Sena in Uttar Pradesh, was also arrested and jailed by the police on Tuesday for announcing a Sankalp Yatra from Yamuna Vishram Ghat to the birthplace of Lord Krishna. Police have already sent three members of Narayani Sena to jail. Akhil Bharatiya Mahasabha district president Chhaya Gautam released a video saying that the Mahasabha had sought permission to hold a program on December 6, which was not given by the administration. People stay at home and perform water anointing on December 6 at 12 noon.
