Farmers' leaders, who have been agitating for the last one year, are realizing their victory after the central government announced the withdrawal of three laws for farmers. Thus the parties including the Congress and some regional parties are also gaining ground but in fact the movement was led by some agricultural leaders.

Among them is Rakesh Tikait, a well-known figure who played a key role in communicating and strategizing with the government. The Indian Farmers' Union was formed which was very popular as its spokesperson. Tikait, 6, has at one time worked as a constable in Delhi. On January 8, farmers staged a tractor rally and led a protest, in which Rakesh Tikait wept in front of the media due to the violence, which greatly increased his popularity and accelerated the agitation. Apart from that, it is important to know about the many peasant leaders who took the lead.

Another leader is Darshanpal who is an MBBS doctor by profession. The 70-year-old farmer leader played a key role in resolving the agricultural law patch between the Center and the state government. He was instrumental in spreading the movement from Punjab to North India and Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Joginder Singh Ugraha, president of the Indian Farmers' Union, is a popular peasant leader and a former soldier. Joginder Singh, who has a rural background, has been at the forefront of the Roll Stop movement and the encirclement of leaders. While the farmers were protesting on the Indus border, the front on the Tikri border was holding them alone.

Gurunamsinh Chadhuni was the president of the Indian Farmers Union of Haryana. He was instrumental in organizing the farmers before and after the passage of the Farmers Act. He was instrumental in motivating the farmers in Haryana for agitation. They started throwing potatoes on the roads and took the farmers to protest in the government program. The Manoharlal Khattar government was put in trouble as per the strategy of hurting the farmers for protesting at a program in Haryana.

The name of Balbir Singh Rajewal has also been instrumental in formulating a protest strategy and bringing various agricultural organizations together on one platform. Hannan Maula has been a staunch supporter of the Marxist Party's politburo since the repeal of the agrarian law and the enactment of the MSP into law. He has adhered to the MSP and advocated for the movement to continue. Retired school teacher Sukhdev Singh Kokrikalan was leading the Delhi march as part of the peasant movement.
