In his address, the Prime Minister said, "3 laws were introduced to improve agriculture to empower small farmers. For many years the country's farmers and experts, economists have been demanding it. When these laws were introduced, it was debated in Parliament. It was welcomed and supported by the organizations. I am very grateful to all of them. Our comrades for the welfare of the farmers in the interest of the country's agricultural world, in the interest of the village, in the interest of the poor. "We could not fully explain the interest of farmers to some farmers. Even though a section of farmers was opposing it. We tried to negotiate. The issue also reached the Supreme Court. We decided to withdraw the agricultural laws."

At the same time, the Prime Minister urged the farmers to return to their homes, return to their farms, go back to their families and start anew.
