The big facility for government employees will be closed from tomorrow, know the new guideline

Big news for government employees. All the facilities being provided to government employees during the Kovid epidemic are now being completed. All these government employees have to register a full time presence in the office. The biometrics system for registering attendance is being re-implemented from tomorrow i.e. Monday.

Orders issued by the government

Notifications have also been issued to all the central offices regarding the biometrics system. According to Umesh Kumar Bhatia, Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, facilities such as calling a small number of employees and reducing working hours in the office had already been abolished in view of the Koro epidemic. From November 8, every employee will have to register a biometric attendance.

Know what is in the government order?

- Complete guidelines have been issued by the Central Government for this.

- According to government guidelines, it will be mandatory to have a sanitizer near the biometric machine.

- All employees must have their hands sanitized before and after registering attendance.

- Employees must keep a distance of six feet inside when registering biometric attendance.

- All employees will be required to wear a mask and cover their face at all times.

- Nominated personnel should be deployed to clean the touchpad of the biometric machine frequently.

- This employee will tell the covid guideline to the employees who come to register attendance.

- The biometric machine should be kept in an open environment.

- Adequate natural ventilation should be arranged if this machine is inside.

Some good news for central employees

The Union Cabinet has also given a July bonus along with a 3% hike in dearness allowance to central employees. From July to December, the dearness allowance of central employees has increased by 3 per cent. The incremental allowance will be applicable from 1st July 2021.
