How successful will the new Ax organization be in tightening the reins on China?

At a virtual press conference on September 12, US President Joe Biden, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Australian PM Scott Morris shocked not only China but the world by announcing an access to the Indo-Pacific Ocean. Joe Biden defended the need for Ax to face the rapidly emerging threat without naming China. It is not a belief but a fact that China is becoming powerful. It is clear from this that the US, England and Australia want to encircle China through Oaks in the long run. China has also criticized the Axis and compared it to the Cold War-era mentality.

The United States has announced that it will provide Australia with nuclear-powered submarine technology under the Ax Security Agreement. These nuclear submarines have a much brighter and more lethal range than conventional submarines. Nuclear submarines can stay in the water for months and launch missile attacks. No country in the world except the United States, Britain, France, Russia, China and India has a nuclear submarine capable of turning the tide of the Navy War. The technique is so secretive that for the first time in 70 years, the United States is giving away its submarine technology to another country. At present, the United States has four submarines, Russia has four, China has 12, Britain has 11, France has four and India has one. Australia will be only the seventh country in the world to have a nuclear submarine. Having a nuclear submarine in Australia is crucial for the US to gain influence. The Axis agreement also emphasizes A, I, quantum technology and cyber partnership.

Britain and the United States have largely coexisted in international politics, but Australia has had to make drastic changes in international policy. Before the Coronation Age, Australia had good relations with China. Corona's first trade in 2016 was 16 billion. Relations between the two countries have soured over Australia's crackdown on Uighur Muslims in China, a ban on Huawei's Five G network, and a demand for an investigation into China's role in the Corona virus epidemic. Australia has also broken two agreements with China under the ambitious Belt and Road project. China has been asserting its claim to more and more territory in the South China Sea, rejecting an international court ruling in 2014. China has built infrastructure in the sea, including artificial islands, roads and various bases. South China lies between the Indian and Pacific Oceans, connecting Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, and the Philippines. These countries are also very disturbed by China's grandeur. The Western world, including the United States and Britain, has spoken of Freedom of Navigation to challenge China's opposition. China's largest weapon is its centuries-old history. Not only that, it is increasing its military presence in the South China Sea to strengthen its claim. Australia is not allowed to have any direct connection with the South China Sea, but China, which wants to be a maritime superpower, is eyeing the Indo-Pacific region today and may come to its western Pacific tomorrow. By joining Oaks, Australia has so far rectified its mistake of underestimating China's fears.

However, Australia's accession to the Axis has also strained relations with decades-old France. In 2015, Australia struck a 5 billion deal to buy 12 submarines from France to bolster its Royal Navy. Australia has had two submarines named Collins for the last two decades. France has been a partner in everything from upgrading to rebuilding, but has now scrapped a multibillion-dollar defense deal with France over its acquisition of a nuclear submarine under the Axis Military Organization. France and the European Union were upset that the Axis organization was not taken into confidence. The United States, Britain, and Australia have all tried to persuade France to do the same. Nickel is a treasure trove with a population of 4.5 lakh.

Experts believe that France is a strong superpower, but keeping France in the dark about the Axis Organization proves that the United States is not as interested in the once powerful NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) as it used to be. In the NATO organization, France has sided with America like a shadow, but in the changed times, America has not cared about France. So it is only natural that the demand for a home that France should not care about NATO should be raised. French President Emmanuel Macro called NATO "brain dead" two years ago. France also wanted to play the horn against China's growing size but the US has turned it into a mini power by excluding it from the Axis.

In this way, despite the existence of a quad (Quadrilateral Security Dialogue) called Asian NATO, Ax has been created. Apart from the US and Australia, India and Japan are also in the quad, while India and Japan are excluded from the Axis. Although Kwand was built on a military alliance base between the four countries, Ax seems to be a full fledged military alliance, given the talk of acquiring nuclear submarines and high technology. China considers both the Quad and the Ax as its opposing organizations. Such organizations equate pushing for arms and nuclear proliferation, although China forgets its territorialism and naval bases in the South China Sea. The role of the Axis organization will be crucial when China faces a direct challenge under the US-led Freedom of Navigation campaign, but this is not going to happen overnight. In the year 2020, the European market saw huge demand for Chinese medical devices and electronics. China's trade relations with the European Union (EU) led to a trade surplus of ૯ 206 billion, compared to the EU's trade deficit with the United States at ૭ 215 billion. The United States and Britain have large markets in the European Union, with China wedging them. European companies also want to enter the Chinese market, so it is necessary to stop China not only on the military but also on the economic front.
