Ujjain, Ta. Monday 21 November 2021

The donkey fair is famous in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. In this year's fair, a pair of donkeys named Kangana and Aryan was the center of discussion and this pair was sold for 34 thousand. Both donkeys will be used to transport bricks. In addition, a donkey named Vaccine was sold for 14 thousand. Donkeys with strange names and different breeds are traded in this fair.

Hundreds of donkeys have been brought on Badnagar Road in Ujjain due to the Shipra river and a fair has been organized to sell them. The fair also sells some donkeys, but for decades the fair has been famous for its donkeys.

A pair of donkeys named Kangana and Aryan were the center of attention this year and a trader bought them for Rs 34,000. On the other hand, a donkey was named Vaccine. The donkey was named the vaccine because many people are afraid of the covid vaccine and do not want to be vaccinated. Hariom Prajapati, managing officer of the fair, says that donkeys are named based on the news and individuals in the trend so that they can be identified and traded as soon as possible and also attract the attention of the people who come to buy. The fair could not be held last year due to Corona but has been postponed this year due to low cases.
