New Delhi: In the last 24 hours, 9,283 new cases of corona have been reported in India. Edge is the lowest case in the last 537 days. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has risen to 3,45,35,763, according to figures released by the Union Ministry of Health.

The number of active cases has come down to 1,11,481. ૅ which is the lowest case of last 537 days. Meanwhile, Civil Aviation Secretary Rajiv Bansal has said that international flight services are likely to return to normal by the end of this year.

Normal international flights to and from India are closed in March 2020. There are currently flights with air bubble arrangements in more than 25 countries.

Meanwhile, 34 MBBS student Korona from Sambalpur Medical College in Odisha has tested positive. Following which he has been admitted to the covid unit. Five hostels have been declared containment zones.

The central government has written to 14 states to reduce the rate of covid testing as corona cases are on the rise again in some countries. These 14 states include Nagaland, Sikkim, Maharashtra, Kerala, Goa, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Bengal and Ladakh.

The National Covid-19 recovery rate has been 98.33 percent. The daily positive rate has been 0.80 percent. Which has been below two per cent for the last 51 days. While the weekly positive rate has been 0.93 percent. Which has been below two per cent for the last 61 days. So far, the number of vaccinated doses has crossed 118.44 crore.
