- Afghanistan should not be used as center of global terrorism: Security meeting

New Delhi: China and Pakistan are watching the Regional Security Dialogue in Delhi, led by National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. Both Pakistan and China have been alienated by a major Indian strategy following the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan. The presence of seven important neighbors of Afghanistan in the regional security dialogue shows that India is very important for Afghanistan.

The regional security dialogue has taught that India's view of Taliban rule in Afghanistan is conducive to the world's democracies. This initiative of India has made a lot of fun of China and Pakistan. India, Russia, Iran and the five Central Asian states on Wednesday jointly said that Afghanistan's soil should not be used for global terrorism. A meeting of the top officials of these countries has decided that a democratic government should be formed in Afghanistan.

Pakistan and China have been supporting the Taliban while Russia has now sided with India. Other countries participating in the meeting on national security include Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

Opening the meeting, National Security Adviser Ajit Dobhal said that the current changes taking place in Afghanistan are having an impact not only on the people of Afghanistan but also on the entire province. All the countries participating in the meeting issued a joint statement announcing the fight against terrorism. At the same time, these countries came together to eradicate the drug smuggling that is going on in the whole province.
