Why are intellectuals silent when terrorists are targeting civilians

New Delhi: The question of why the country's so-called intellectuals have taken a lip service to the killings of their hard-working laborers in Kashmir over the past one week is on the minds of ordinary citizens today.

This is a whole bunch of intellectuals who in the past also demanded the human rights of the terrorists, but today they do not see or want to see the ongoing killings of innocent civilians and especially poor Hindu laborers in Kashmir.

Apart from Mahesh Bhatt, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Javed Akhtar, Shabana's Azmi Nashiruddin Shah, who are revered in Bollywood, some leftist leaders have in the past called for human rights but never missed a single opportunity to discredit the governments of the time.

Terrorists are now openly target killing in Kashmir, meaning they are not consumed by foreigners and Hindus in the Khim region of Kashmir. Yesterday, some terrorists broke into the homes of laborers in Bihar and killed them with AK-47 rifles.

All the politicians who have been baking their own political bread under the pretext of frequent atrocities by the armed forces in Kashmir itself have not uttered a single word on the issue of killing of innocent civilians which exposes their hypocrisy and riotous referendum.
