The monsoon will leave all over India on October 4

Generally, the period from July 1 to September 30 is considered as monsoon in India. The southwest monsoon continues to move in phases after the southwest monsoon brings rains along the coast of Kerala. The monsoon period in the current year has been longer than average. But according to the Indian Meteorological Department, the monsoon will soon leave India. The rest of northeastern India is witnessing the departure of the southwest monsoon. Around October, the monsoon will leave the northern Bay of Bengal, the rest of West Bengal, parts of the central part of the Bay of Bengal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, parts of Telangana, Goa, Karnataka and parts and areas near the Central Arabian Sea. The monsoon will leave all over India around October 8.

While the northeast monsoon rains are likely to continue in the south-eastern peninsula of India. The Bay of Bengal is likely to have strong northeast winds at the lower tropospheric level on the southern peninsula of India. India has a diverse climate, which affects the amount of rainfall and also the crops and livelihoods. However, life in the Indian subcontinent is clearly divided into three seasons, winter, summer and monsoon. Winter begins after monsoon but the twilight between the two seasons is of mixed weather in which health has to be maintained.
