The terrorist, who lives in Pakistan's Punjab, is identified as Mohammad Ashraf alias Ali. A case has been filed under the Arms Act, along with illegal explosives. He lived in Ramesh Park in Laxminagar, the capital. Several weapons were seized from his home when police went to arrest him. He obtained Indian identity card through forged documents and lived as an Indian citizen. This was stated by DCP (Special Cell) Pramod Singh Kushwaha.
