Ten states sued the Biden administration over mandatory vaccinations

WASHINGTON: Ten states have sued President Joe Bid for violating federal law by forcing federal contractors to take the corona vaccine.

The lawsuit, filed in federal district court in Missouri, was signed by attorney generals from the states of Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. These states asked the federal judge to stop urging all employees of federal contractors to be vaccinated against corona.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt said that if the federal government unconstitutionally imposed its discretion to try to force federal contractors to take the corona vaccine, it would reduce the workforce and business. This will disrupt the supply chain and create a workforce crisis.

The federal government should not make vaccination mandatory and that is why we have filed this lawsuit to prevent this illegal and unconstitutional measure. Republican Attorney General John Formela of New Hampshire said Corona vaccines are safe and effective but their benefits do not justify breaking the law.

Republicans have opposed Biden's mandatory vaccination nationwide. Meanwhile, Pfizer's corona vaccine for children between the ages of five and eleven has been approved by the FDA. However, corona vaccines required for the age group are not currently available. The CDC has also not issued guidelines on how to give these corona vaccines to children.

Meanwhile, economic growth in the US has been slower than expected in the third quarter of this year. Costs and investments have declined due to supply chain disruptions and the steady rise in Corona cases. Expenditure on goods and services has declined due to shortages, transportation problems, rising prices and delta variants.

The UK government, meanwhile, announced that for administrative reasons, certain age groups could be given a booster dose in less than six months after the second dose of the corona vaccine. "We have made good progress in introducing booster doses," said UK Health Minister Sajid Naveed. The National Health Service released Booster Blitz on Saturday.

People over the age of 50 will be invited next week for a booster dose of the corona vaccine. British Prime Minister Boris Jones said the UK would donate 20 million doses of AstraZeneca corona vaccine to developing countries. The announcement was made by Jones, who arrived in Rome to attend the G20 summit in Rome starting on Saturday.
