New Delhi: Former External Affairs Minister and senior Congress leader Natwar Singh has said that the recent meeting of Congress executives was convened just for show, in fact Soni Gandhi has been the supreme boss of the Congress for the last 21 years.

The meeting convened on Saturday did not yield any tangible results as those who had made a big fuss in public before calling the meeting took a lip CV at the meeting itself, he said.

Apart from that, Sonia also said that we should all come together and have an independent and honest discussion. Last year, 23 leaders, dissatisfied with the current Congress leadership, wrote a letter to Sonia Gandhi demanding democratic party by-elections.
