Shah Rukh's son Aryan Khan not granted bail in High Court: One more day in jail

The bail application will be heard again today

Special NDPS court grants bail to two accused

MUMBAI: The Aryan Khandrugs case, son of Bollywood tycoon Shah Rukh Khan, was heard in the High Court today. The matter will be heard again in court tomorrow.

Aryan was not granted bail today. So he has to spend the night in jail. The judge, on the other hand, was outraged by the riots in the court. He said to follow Corona's rule for safety. The special NDPS court granted bail to the two accused.

A special NDPS court has rejected the bail pleas of actor Shah Rukh's son Aryan Khan and his friend Arbaaz Merchant, Moonmoon Dhamecha, who were earlier arrested in a controversial case of having a drug party on a cruise ship near Mumbai. He therefore applied to the High Court for bail.

His lawyer, former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi, had strongly argued in the High Court for Aryan's bail. He relied on and read some important judgments of the High Court and the Supreme Court.

It is not appropriate to treat a person who is not caught for drug smuggling as a habitual offender. The NDPS Act also makes it clear that drug addicts should be given a chance to improve. Rohatgi had argued in the High Court that he should be sent to a rehabilitation center instead of a jail.

Defendants found in small quantities of drugs are not sent to jail. It is given a chance to improve. While Aryan has nothing, he has been in jail for 20 days. Rohatgi claimed that only the poker game was discussed between Aryan and Achit. NCB has mentioned Aryan's WhatsApp chat of the year 2018. This chat doesn't prove anything.

The amount of drugs is also important in the NDPS Act. Aryan is accused of being involved in the crime even though he did not have drugs. Drugs obtained from others have nothing to do with Aryans. The witness has made serious allegations against the president of the NCB. "In our case, bail should be granted on the basis of quality," Rohatgi added.

Earlier in the special NDPS court, the NCB had claimed that the evidence showed that Aryan was a regular drug dealer. The NCB got the chat about the newcomer Atrinetri and Aryan regarding drugs. The information of this chat was given in court.

It is to be noted that there was a huge crowd in the court during the hearing of Aryan's case today. Everyone was watching to see if Aryan would get bail. Father Shah Rukh had raised an army of lawyers to bail his son Aryan. Lawyers who had nothing to do with the Aryan chapter also came to court. Judge Nitin Sambre was getting up after seeing the crowd. He told them to follow Corona's rule and reduce congestion.

Thus those not involved in the case were told to go out of court. Meanwhile, a scuffle is also reported between the lawyer and the police. The special NDPS court finally granted bail to Manish Rajgaria and Avin Sahu today.

Aryan's lawyer Mukul Rohatgi was the public prosecutor during the Gujarat riots

The cases of 'Best Bakery' and 'Jahira Sheikh' have been fought

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been granted bail for the third time after veteran lawyers Satish Manshinde and Amit Desai. Former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi has now taken up Aryan Khan's case in the High Court. Mukul Rohatgi also backed Aryan Khan in the last few days.

Before the bail application was rejected in the sessions court, Rohatgi said that keeping Aryan Khan in jail is like an ostrich in a ground narcotics control bureau. Who has hidden his head in the sand.

According to him, Arya has to pay the price of being a celebrity. Bail is a chalk and jail is the exception. The issue was settled by the Supreme Court years ago, as the principle of the Constitution is the right to life and the right to liberty. This is not only for Indians but also for foreigners. If he wants to be granted bail, he can do so immediately on holiday.

Mukul Rohatgi was appointed Attorney General on 19 June 2014 by the then President Pranab Mukherjee. As of June 18, 2017, he was the 14th Attorney General of the country. His father Awadh Bihari Rohatgi was a judge of the Delhi High Court.

Mukul Rohatgi had defended the state government in the 2002 Gujarat riots in the Supreme Court. He sided with the state government over allegations of fake encounters in the 2002 riots.

He has also argued in the Supreme Court for the case of 'Best Bakery' and 'Jahira Sheikh'. In an RTI reply in 2018, the Maharashtra government had said that Rohatgi had asked Judge B.S. H. In the Loya case, Rs. 1.21 crore was taken as fee. Rohatgi had filed a representation in the Supreme Court on behalf of the state government.

Aryan - Ananya's WhatsApp chat reveals 80,000 drug orders

Friends were threatened by the NCB

Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan's bail application was heard in the High Court today. Ananya Pandey and Aryan Khan, meanwhile, are being questioned by the NCB over a discussion on drugs in their WhatsApp chairs.

According to a report, the two discussed buying drugs in a WhatsApp chat. Arya also jokingly threatened his friends that he would be prosecuted by the NCB. Aryan is currently lodged in Arthur Road Jail while Ananya has also been questioned twice.

In the WhatsApp chat, Aryan was seen talking to Achit Kumar about buying large quantities of drugs. Arya had demanded drugs worth Rs 80,000 from Achit Kumar. Apart from this, WhatsApp data found from Aryan Khan's phone also found that he was having group chats with two other persons regarding drugs. Apart from Ananya Pandey, NCB also has information about Aryan Khan's chats with three other celebrity kids.

No financial deal with NCB: Affidavit on behalf of Aryan in court

Involved not only in the use of Aryan drugs, but also in smuggling: NCB

MUMBAI: An additional affidavit was filed in the High Court today while Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested in a rave party case. It was stated that no financial transaction was made by him with the NCB official. All this is a matter between the politicians and the NCB.

The NCB, on the other hand, also strongly opposed Aryan's bail. He also filed an affidavit. Aryan's affidavit claimed that there was no connection between the affidavit of witness Prabhakar Sail and the accused's bail application in the case. Apart from this, Prabhakar does not know Sail and Kiran Gosavi.

Aryan's affidavit stating that he had not made any allegation against the NCB's authority further stated that no drugs had been seized from him. I have not used drugs. There is also no evidence of this. Therefore, a decision should be taken on the bail application without considering the allegations.

The affidavit filed by the NCB raised some issues against Aryan's bail. It is clear from several things that the NCB has been trying to obstruct the investigation.

Aryankhan is not only addicted to drugs but is also involved in drug trafficking and sale. Shah Rukh Khan's manager Pooja is also trying to impress the witness, the NCB affidavit said. However, Arya said the NCB's claim was false.
