Military alert after reports of ISI ordering Jaish and Toiba leaders to attack

Intensive search operation in Rajouri to find terrorists targeting patrolling party

Srinagar: Two persons were seriously injured in a blast in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir. The blast comes at a time when reports of terrorists seeking to target security establishments have surfaced.

According to the report, the attack was planned by Pakistan's spy agency ISI. As a result, alert has been issued and security has been beefed up at all military bases in Kashmir. An explosion took place near LOC in Rajouri in which two passengers were killed.

The ISI could carry out these attacks by inciting any terrorists present in Kashmir. The army has asked terrorist leaders of terrorist organizations such as Toiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed and The Resistance Force to order their cadres to carry out attacks wherever they are in the army. According to sources, terrorists who have already infiltrated Kashmir could carry out any such major attack at any time.

Intelligence agencies have raised the alert of any military personnel following this input. Adequate security arrangements have been put in place to prevent any terrorist attack, officials said. The alert came at a time when Union Home Minister Amit Shah had recently arrived in Jammu and Kashmir for a visit.

Security officials say the army has been alerted to deal with the terrorists. Terrorists can also carry out any such attack with drones. Currently, such military bases are being monitored by drones. In Rajouri, on the other hand, it has been 20 days since the army launched its probe.

Several terrorists were shot dead during the operation here. Nine jawans were martyred when the terrorists attacked from the opposite side. The militants fled to the forests of Poonch and Rajouri after the attack, where a search operation is being conducted to find them. 20 days have passed.
