In fact, the security forces are preparing for a final offensive against the militants hiding in the forest area of ​​Mendhar in Poonch district. "People have been warned not to go into the forest and keep their livestock in their homes," he said. Apart from that, people have also been asked to collect rations. It is learned that the army has already deployed para-commandos and helicopters were seen flying over the forest area on Saturday for monitoring. Transport was also suspended on Tuesday as part of a precautionary measure following the ongoing operation between Jammu-Rajouri Highway, Mendhar and Thanamandi.
