Revealed that there are 200 Kashmiri terrorists of IS active in Afghanistan

New Delhi: As many as 200 IS-linked militants in Afghanistan have been identified as Kashmiri. Following which, the security agencies have become active and an investigation is underway to find out who these terrorists are.

According to intelligence reports obtained by the agencies, about 200 militants linked to the ISKP, a militant group active in Afghanistan, have been residents of Kashmir or any other Indian state.

There are also reports of some women being involved in these terrorists. Investigations into various NIA cases have revealed that as many as 25 such terrorists are in Afghanistan. Kashmiri militants present in Afghanistan are trying to set up their own module in India.

In the last five years, the NIA has filed more than a dozen cases involving IS. Investigations into the cases have uncovered information about a number of terrorists linked to ISKP. However, no information was available on whether the terrorists were killed or alive.

Afghanistan has now made its new home after IS weakened in Syria and Iraq. Many terrorists were released from prisons after the Taliban took over and most of them are IS terrorists. A recent report said that Pakistani and Taliban militants were planning a major offensive in Kashmir.
