Sivan: A five-year-old girl was killed after an attempt to rape her in Sivan, Bihar. Following which, Sruthaniko's anger was directed at the police and he also pelted stones at them.

The accused in the entire case, Pradeep, has been arrested, police said. Pradeep came to his uncle's house in this village. According to the information received, the girl had been missing from home since Monday evening. The family members did not find any information about him even after searching.

Police later arrested the accused on suspicion. The accused later informed the police about the incident and also confessed to the crime. However the police team that reached the spot was attacked by the locals and also carried out heavy vandalism in the police vehicles. Police, on the other hand, have arrested the accused and are conducting further inquiries into the whole matter.
