In the Supreme Court, the Center said a committee would be formed to investigate allegations of Pegasus espionage

The Pegasus espionage case will now be investigated by a committee. The Central Government has informed the Supreme Court about this. Along with the announcement of the formation of the committee, the central government in the Supreme Court also denied the allegations of spying with Pegasus.

A two-page affidavit has been filed in the Supreme Court by the Center. According to the affidavit, the government will form a committee of experts to investigate the Pegasus controversy.

The Pegasus case was heard in the Supreme Court on Monday. In court, the central government denied all the allegations against him. The Center also filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court on the Pegasus case today. This was a two page page. The Center said there was no espionage or illegal surveillance on their part.

In the affidavit, the government has denied all the allegations leveled by senior journalist N Ram and other petitioners. His petition alleges that the military used the military experiment software to spy on journalists, politicians, activists, bureaucrats and people connected to the judiciary.

Earlier when the issue was heard on August 10, the apex court had expressed concern over the parallel proceedings and discussion on social media by some of the petitioners requesting an independent inquiry and said there should be confidence in the discipline and justice system.
