Pfizer vaccine meets safety, efficacy and quality test: US FDA
Washington: The United States has given full approval to Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccine. The US Food and Drug Administration has approved the vaccine, which is a joint venture between Pfizer and Biontech.
Pfizer's vaccine was previously approved for emergency use. The FDA said in a statement that Pfizer's vaccine met the test of safety, effectiveness and quality.
