Challenge for India: China and Pak's divisive politics with the Taliban

- Lashkar-e-Toiba and 'Jaish' will be stronger than ever to grab Kashmir

- China backs Taliban with arms and funds US and India will target two birds with one stone

- India must give more priority to protecting its interests in Asia and Afghanistan

- Pashtuns and Baloch will become more violent in Pakistan: fear of civil war

New Delhi: The politics of Western nations, including the United States, and Asian countries will take a new turn after the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan. It will be a test of footsteps for India as China and Pakistan will take full advantage of the situation and increase India's pressure. India's threat to Kashmir as well as internal security has also increased. At first glance the analysis seems to be something like this. The Taliban have assured the Indian government that once we come to power, India will not have to worry about Kashmir or India's domestic policy.

We are only interested in governing our country Afghanistan with our principles. India, like other neighboring countries, must strategically welcome the Taliban government. Even before the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, they announced that they would appoint an interim government for six months to assume power and earn the trust of the world and the people of Afghanistan by showing that there is no insecurity in our political relations. We will definitely implement Sharia but at the same time we will accept whatever progressive decisions the government has taken in the last 20 years.

That is why the West is not immediately making any statement against the Taliban to see what the six-month rule of the Taliban will look like.

India has to be careful that the US and European countries refuse to accept the Taliban government in the past, even if they take a stand again, even if they have to defend their borders as well as Kashmir and domestic policy.

The governments of China and Pakistan will pursue their interests by adopting a cunning strategy. China knows that the United States and European countries will not continue to support the Taliban. The Taliban must also distrust the United States if it can send troops back to Afghanistan in the future. So China has already welcomed the arrival of the Taliban government to add to America's woes.

Remember that Afghanistan is a country of opportunity in Central and South Asia. It is bordered by Pakistan to the east and south, Iran to the west, Turkmenistan to the north, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, and China to the northeast.

China will now be able to deprive both the US and India of sleep by following the lead of Afghanistan on Central and South Asia.

It will no longer be possible for the US to keep an eye on Iran or keep a military presence in Afghanistan. The Iran baroque will become stronger and China will sit side by side with such anti-American countries. China will strengthen against the US by helping the Taliban economically as well as militarily. The same China can then back the extremists to increase the Taliban's pressure on India. Due to such dragon digging by China, Pakistan wants to get a mouthful of bagasu food. Even if Pakistan becomes a beggar in their own country, their eyes are fixed on Kashmir. If pressure is exerted on India's border, Pakistan may not even care that their country could be plunged into class war because of the Taliban regime.

Pakistan will be their first target if the Taliban pursue the plan of implementing Sharia as Islamic countries.

There is no immediate need for India to take a stand on the Taliban government, even if China and Pakistan do not succeed in their intentions. It is about cultivating neutrality and witnessing.

Before the US ousted the Taliban, the Indian government was the last to recognize them when there was a Taliban government.

India needs to remember that America, Russia, China are all self-interested. It was the United States that turned the Taliban against Russia in the 1990s. The same America had cracked down on them. Now the US is withdrawing its troops, releasing the Taliban.

Russia and China do not care about human rights.

India has to be more vigilant on the Jammu and Kashmir border as the government could make organizations like Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed more deadly. There is no fear that the Taliban may plan to do the same in Kashmir as the government did. Radical factors can also escalate in Iran. India's relations with Iran, Russia or Turkey are also not warm.

With India taking over as President of the United Nations Security Council this month, he also has the opportunity to put his suggestions and expectations on Afghanistan's changed leadership on the world stage.

Russia will also adopt a strategy of getting closer to Pakistan with the coming of the Taliban government.

India has provided significant funding at Road, Bridge Hospital and Parliament to make Afghanistan's non-Taliban government progressive. The first goal of the Indian government should be to ensure that India's interests in Afghanistan are not harmed. Under the Taliban regime, trade with Afghanistan will take place from Karachi, Gwadar. The huge expenditure incurred for the development of Yabahar port no longer serves its purpose.

Pakistan fears that India will now play a pivotal role in opening up more anti-Pakistan fronts to Pakistan's Pashtuns and Baloch while the Taliban will adopt a similar tactic to gain a foothold in Pakistan. India has to adopt a 'wait and watch' policy with caution. It is to prevent China and Pakistan from becoming stronger and at the same time to secure their borders.
