Air Force C-17 aircraft arrives in Jamnagar carrying Indian nationals from Afghanistan

Jamnagar, dated 17th August 2021, Tuesday

The Air Force's C-17 Globemaster aircraft, carrying 150 Indians from Kabul, landed at Jamnagar airbase at 10.45 am on Tuesday morning. Under the supervision of the Prime Minister, state level minister Dharmendra Singh Jadeja and officials including the Collector and SDM Mamlatdar have reached the airport. Arrangements have also been made for their meals.

A plane with 150 Indians is coming from Afghanistan, which is to land at Jamnagar to refuel. Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan Rudrendra Tandon is on a flight with 120 other diplomats and officials. An Air Force plane carrying Indians from Afghanistan landed at Jamnagar Land, after which the plane will depart from Jamnagar to Ghaziabad's Hindon Airbase.
