42 thousand cases of corona in 24 hours, 562 more deaths

- Not a single death due to lack of oxygen: Center claims again

- Rising cases of corona in some states indicate that the second wave is not over yet, difficult to say about the third: Scientists

New Delhi: As many as 4.5 new cases of corona virus have been reported in India in the last four hours, while eight more people have died due to corona, bringing the total death toll to over 6.10 lakh. While the number of active cases also came to 2.10 lakh in which the number of cases increased by 3 in the last 3 hours.

The second wave of corona is claimed to have killed several people due to lack of oxygen. The central government has claimed that the government would be informed if any corona victim died due to lack of oxygen, but no such death occurred. Experts, on the other hand, say it would be hasty to predict a third wave of Corona.

"We are still looking into Corona's reporting and statistics," the health ministry said. According to media reports, the death toll in four states is low. In response, the ministry said the death toll could only be estimated. We are still checking the statistics.

On the other hand there are some states where cases of corona are increasing rapidly.

Experts claim that the second wave is not over yet, so it is too early to say whether the third wave will come.
