Users around the world, including in India, complained that Twitter had slowed down late last night. Twitter service has been down since morning. Users of both the web and the app complained that Twitter was down. The most common error was in the web version. About 15 per cent of the app's users also complained of Twitter errors.
Twitter restored the service after hours of stagnation. The company said in a tweet from its Twitter support account that all of Twitter's services have been restarted.
Thousands of users had trouble uploading photos and videos. There was also an error in the download. In addition, the post was not shared. Twitter announced that the service had been restored, but did not give a reason for the error.
