The office will operate in two shifts from seven in the morning to four in the afternoon and from three in the afternoon to twelve at night

New Delhi: After taking charge of the Railway Ministry, the new Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that work will be done in my office from 7 am to 12 noon.

After taking charge of the railway ministry, Vaishnav said the ministry has done an unprecedented job in the last 67 years. I have come to take this work forward from the perspective of Prime Minister Modi. He thanked Prime Minister Modi on Twitter.

Interestingly, he was found to be very active from day one. He said his office staff would work in two shifts. The first shift will be from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. While the second shift will run from three o'clock in the afternoon to twelve o'clock at night.

However he clarified that this time only the staff of his office would suffice. Not applicable to all railway employees. The 51-year-old Vaishnava has been an administrative officer and businessman in the past. He is a former IAS officer of the 1994 bench. He has done MTech from IIT, Kanpur and MBA from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
