Roads will be built in UP in the name of car workers who eat bullets for Ram temple


New Delhi, July 8, 2021

In 1990, the then Mulayam Singh government opened fire on car workers protesting for the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya and a number of car workers were killed.

Now the UP government has announced to build roads in the name of these Karsevaks. UP Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya made this announcement during a function in Ayodhya. A plaque and a picture of his name will also be placed.

"The Samajwadi Party government fired on unarmed car workers in 1990. Today I am announcing that roads will be built in the state in the name of all car workers. Roads will also be constructed to the homes of UP soldiers and police personnel who were martyred for security. The state government will also build roads to the homes of top students in the state.
