Popstar frustrated by father's excessive custody

LOS ANGELES: Britney Spears has filed a lawsuit seeking release from her father's custody . On Monday, her new lawyer asked Britney's father to release her from control over her care and financial transactions and to appoint a professional accountant in her place.

In documents filed in a Los Angeles court, attorney Matthew Rosengart said the current legal system has become too toxic for its clients and is unlikely to last long. He proposed to appoint CPA Jason Rubin as the caretaker of the pop star's estate in place of his father. According to documents, Brittany's assets are ડો 500,000 in cash and ૭ 35 million in assets.

Rosengart said any father loves his daughter and always decides in her best interests. He should therefore appoint highly reputable professionals in their place.

Brittany's mother and James' ex-wife also said in support of Rosengart's statement that she had too much control over her health and that the decisions she made in 2012 and 2013 were harmful. So much custody by a father on a guy like Popstar is routinely scary and makes him feel like he's in custody, Lean Spears said.

James Spears relinquished control of his daughter's life in 2012 as an alleged carer and conservationist, and the court-appointed professional pair of Montgomery maintained control over her finances, although she maintained control over her finances.
