'Nation First, Always First' PM Modi's new mantra for the country

New Delhi, Dt

As the country enters its ninth year of independence, every citizen should run the 'Join India Movement' in the same way that Mahatma Gandhi launched the 'Leave India Campaign'. With this, Prime Minister Modi gave the mantra of 'Nation First, Always First' to the country.

Addressing the nation on Sunday through his monthly radio program 'Mann Ki Baat', Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the country is entering the 7th year of independence on August 15. In this context, Amrut Mahotsav will be celebrated all over the country throughout the year. "We need to unite the country for the progress of the country," he said.

The Prime Minister said that the Ministry of Culture has launched an initiative to sing the national anthem together in the largest number. We should join in too. A website http://rashtragan.in has also been created for this. Considering the Kargil Day on July 9, the Prime Minister said that tomorrow is Kargil Day. The Kargil War is a symbol of bravery and restraint of the Indian Army. Amrut Mahotsav will also be celebrated on this glorious day.

Mentioned the Indian team that went to the Tokyo Olympics. PM Modi said that not only me but the entire country was thrilled to see Indian athletes carrying tricolors at the Tokyo Olympics. Every athlete who goes to the Tokyo Olympics has to struggle a lot. They have not only gone to play for themselves, but have gone to Tokyo to enhance the pride of the country. I urge the countrymen to encourage our athletes.
