Several people have been crushed under the building. The worst devastation is in Germany. More than a dozen people have been killed in the floods in Germany alone.
In addition to Germany, Belgium is also devastated. More than 50 people have been killed in Belgium. Thousands of homes were without power. Lack of internet and mobile network was hampering relief operations, local officials said.
