New Delhi: In the last 24 hours, 43,393 new cases of corona virus have been reported in India. While a further 911 people were killed. Active cases dropped again to 4.58 lakh.

A total of 17.90 lakh tests of Corona were done in a single day. The number of recoveries also rose to 2.98 crore. So far, a total of 37 crore doses of corona vaccine have been given across the country.

Maharashtra and Kerala alone accounted for 53 per cent of the corona cases reported in India in the past one week. The central government has expressed concern over this. The government, on the other hand, has warned of crowds at hill stations and tourist attractions. The Center said that if any kind of negligence was shown, the cases of Corona could increase again.

Health Secretary Love Agarwal said the second wave of corona in the country was not yet over, adding that not wearing a mask and not following social distances could prove dangerous. Any kind of negligence can increase the risk of spreading the corona virus. Corona cases escalated after negligence in some countries. For example, Corona's cases increased after the Euro 2020 football match in Britain.

Similarly, in Bangladesh, there was a third wave after the second wave and in the meanwhile there was a big jump in Corona cases. As a result, Bangladesh had to implement a lockdown across the country.

A total of more than 370 million doses of the corona vaccine were given, the central government said. The first dose of the corona vaccine has been given to 10.98 crore people between the ages of 18 and 44. About 35 lakh people of the same age took the second dose of corona vaccine.
