In Pakistan, seven women doctors became surgeons

A well-known surgeon shared a photo with seven female surgeons

Some wrote that Dr. Why didn't Iqbal teach them to wear burqa ?, others wrote let them be mother and sister

New Delhi: Dr. Javed Iqbal is a renowned surgeon of Pakistan. He tweeted in a tweet with photos of seven female students that he was training all of them in his unit for surgery. After his tweet, many users started trolling and wrote that they are corrupting women.

Dr. Iqbal wrote with a photo of seven students who say that women cannot perform surgery. These seven women are surgeons. I am thankful that Mann got the opportunity to train them. Most users praised her work while some fanatics wrote that she should be left as a mother and sister. Don’t make them surgeons.

One radical user wrote that women should not be misled. Don’t ruin their lives with a good wife and a good mother. Why are you putting more burden on them. Women had to choose a more comfortable and more rewarding field in the medical field. Another user wrote that it would have been better if Dr. Iqbal would have taught these women to wear the veil.

This comment from the users proves the problem faced by educated women and especially female doctors in Pakistan. A female doctor said in reference to this tweet that I had to leave the field of surgery because fellow male doctors were breaking my morale.
