A flying object has been spotted once again a week after a drone strike on the Jammu Air Force station. The object was found near Birpur in Samba district of Jammu. Police, however, have denied that it was a drone. The flying object was spotted near Birpur in Samba district at 8:35 pm on Saturday. However, nothing was found during the search operation.

Drones have appeared 5 times so far

The Jammu Air Force station was attacked twice by drones on the night of June 26-27. Although the attack did not cause any major damage, it was the first time such a drone attack had taken place. Since then, drones have been seen continuously in Jammu and Kashmir and 5 times so far.

The drone was spotted near Aranya sector on the International Border on Friday. The drone was also spotted near Kaluchak military station the day after the Jammu airbase attack. Apart from that, drone activity has also been reported in Kaluchak, Mira Sahib and Kunjwani areas.

The use of drones in the Jammu airbase attack has been confirmed but no evidence of drones has been found from the airbase. This has led to speculation that the drone may have retreated after the attack. The investigation into the attack has been handed over to the NIA.

Earlier, the drone was spotted near the Indian High Commission in the Pakistani capital Islamabad. India has taken the issue seriously and besieged the Pakistani government.
