New Delhi, July 9, 2021

Debate has resumed over the ongoing farmers' agitation against the new agricultural laws of the central government.

Recently, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar had said that the government would not withdraw the agricultural laws but was ready to hold talks with the agitating farmers. Now, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has reacted by saying that whatever talks take place, even if the government uses sticks. It will happen without any condition.

According to Tikaitna, leader of the Indian Farmers' Union, the latest proposal from the government is conditional. The government wants to negotiate but is also saying that the new laws will not be withdrawn. We have not laid down any conditions. We are ready to communicate if need be.

"We have been in the mood for R-Par fighting for eight months now. The R-Par fight can take away whatever it means, but we are saying we are sitting in peace. If the government wants to send us back from here, sticks and bullets," he said. Can use.

Tikait further said that even if the government belonged to any party, this government is running companies and is planning to rob the people.

Tikait has also announced to start agitation in every district in UP from August. The issues including sugarcane growers, expensive electricity will be raised. A big meeting of farmers will be held on July 11 and the strategy of the next agitation will be worked out.
