Wasim Rizvi, a member of the Shia Central Waqf Board and former chairman, has been accused of misconduct by his driver's wife. On Tuesday, he reached Saadatganj Kotwali with the lawyers and lodged a complaint. He was charged with felony criminal mischief for making a pornographic video. DCP West Somen Verma has ordered Inspector Saadatganj to investigate and take action.

According to Saadatganj inspector in charge Brijesh Yadav, the victim alleged that Rizvi lived mostly in an orphanage. The driver was given a place to stay with the family in the nearby Servant Quarters. About 5 years ago, Rizvi told her husband to drive out.

Rizvi then arrived at the Servant Quarters at 10:00 pm and made a pornographic video with the perpetrator. The entire family, including the children, were threatened with death if they protested the incident and lodged a complaint with the police.

After this incident, Rizvi started physically abusing him several times. The woman informed her husband about this. When her husband went to Rizvi's house to protest, she was beaten and threatened.

According to Wasim Rizvi, the allegations made by the driver's wife are baseless. For the past few years, he has been receiving threats over terrorist organizations and statements made about the Koran.

His driver also met with some protesters and briefed them on Rizvi's every move. Details of the conversation with the suspicious numbers have been found on checking his mobile number. He was then fired from his job on June 11 and the building was also vacated in a conspiracy to defame him.
