In the case of one such family living in a rural area of ​​Karnataka, the father cycled 300 km to save the life of his 10-year-old son. According to an English newspaper report, Anand's 45-year-old son has a neurological problem and lives in a village 30 km from Mysore city.

Anand has to go to Bangalore every two months to take a tablet for his son. Here he gets free medicine. Doctors have advised Anand that if he misses a single dose of the medicine, it will not be good for his son's health. He had to go to Bangalore to get a new medicine after running out of the previous medicine. No one helped him.

Anand finally covered a distance of 300 km in four days with his old bicycle to fetch his son's medicine. Anand, who left last Monday to fetch medicine, returned on Wednesday.

However, cycling for four days in a row has caused him back pain and he has to seek medical treatment.
